holiday changes to market schedules

There are several holiday changes to market schedules next week. A little tricky.

First, on Monday, Canadian markets are closed to observe Canada Day. US markets are open.

Then on Wednesday, US markets close early at 10 AM PDT for the Fourth of July... but Canadian markets remain open through normal hours.
