Eagle Hill will also acquire Noront's 50% of an adjoining property known as the "29 Claims".

Stratopod.....Would be interesting to know if the " 29 Claims" are included in the price of

$ 5 Million and 25,000,000 shares of EAG. Second, does anyone know who owns the

other 50%. Finaly, if this transaction goes through, Noront will hold just under 7% of EAG.
