I see you (purposely?) have chosen to cite a three year old technical report for justication of your post.

Perhaps you may wish to read the actual information in the 2013, (dated2013-01-17) Corporate Technical Presentation (pp20-25) and the 2013 Corporate Presentation, pp20.

Please pay particular attention to pp20 of the Corporate Presentation,- line iem "Construction". This line states that Construction starts Q4 of Calendar 2013.... as confirmed to me by P.Semple this morning.

You can find this info on the company web site and correct your thinking.
