Project feasibility study complete March 18, 2011.
Commence basic engineering April 22, 2011.
Prepare and Submit Permit Applications June 1, 2011
Issue EIA August 31, 2011.
Commence major equipment purchasing November 14, 2011.
EIA approved February 29, 2012.
Permit Approval August 31, 2012
Commence construction March 18, 2013.
Engineering complete December 31, 2013.
Construction complete September 30, 2015.>
