How can these guys commit dollars to a road when they dont know where the road is going or how much it will cost. What we need is some fresh idiots to determine where to build stuff. then cost it..then go chase the money...it aint rocket sceince...it needs decisions..too many bullcrap opinions and no results..so far a complete waste of time...
