There's a lot of talk here of a Takeover here on the forum.

From what I remember from reading this last mail out from Noront is that there would be a large payout to Management if they are let go.

Did I remember this correctly? If so, in the event of buyout would Wes receive this payout.

Why would he leave if indeed a payout was coming?
