Think it's pretty apparent from both feds and ON gov't perspective, as Cliffs goes so goes the ROF as to whether they continue with their plans on a standalone basis(not likely), partnered with another company(they've already stated they are looking for one...maybe Baosteel) or outright sell their holdings to a larger entity. Consolidation is inevitable but suggest no activity until the transportation part is clear and resolved. Nothing can move in or out of the area on a consistent year round basis until this is established.
