I believe the gov't is being so dodgey on this because the intended new owners of the rail system have already done a deal with the gov't and all we are seeing right now is window dressing. You'll see if I'm not correct when the announcements start to flow. This will happen in the Mulrooney style where military bases and other assets disappeared for questionable amounts. We'll never know what the other side of the deal took home. The aforementioned is purely speculation and wild imaginative thinking not to in any way be confused with the truth.
