The one thing that just struck me moments ago for the first time is that if the Ports Authority is such a good plan for the region (and I believe it is), then what's to keep a private entity from coming to the same realization? If the ONTC is up for divestment, what's to keep a major entity with an eye towards multi-decade growth from taking an interest in competition with the proposed Ports Authority. I hate being the Devil's advocate, but I'm slightly concerned now that maybe a major corporation could step in and lock up everything, and have a transportation monopoly. This COULD be good for KWG and Noront. Or it could be less than good.

Someone should reassure me here that I'm worrying needlessly?
