In addition - Most funds and brokers have the ability to recognize a good thing, more so than the majority of individual investors. They also have the ability, clout and collusion to manipulate us into dumping onto their lap.
From their perspective it was an opportune moment to dump Sir Richard, implant their own directors and in turn a puppet to figure head the bunch. Why, because there is a great resource and they want the largest piece possible for themselves.

This is not a complaint but a short explanation. I am assuming that what is good for them will turn out same for me, provided I am patient (shrewd) enough.
