Scarff I do not want to defend Wes but:

It is not Wes's non-performance but of the BofD ( he could be partly to blame but in no way for most). They will not fire themselves. That is the job of the shareholders and we all know who holds the majority of those puppet strings ( Sum: 'You have to wonder why. The majority of the voted shares say they are happy with them. Why again?') in my opinion it is Funds.

The rest of us are mostly cannon fodder and along for the ride.
