if NOT's sp started to move the seemingly indifferent action on the asks would explode. A 2 penny spread at the moment from bid to ask at .65 and .67 respectively and Anon. left guarding the entrance at .67 while the rest move back to safer ground at .69 and .70. It's really quiet out there....about an hour since last trade........shhhhhhhhh.
