Has anyone ever noticed how oiramorics posts are always counter-optimistic and he/she always uses articles, rarely stating anything himself, articles of sometimes questionable authorship or perspective or interpretation. This particular article has no bearing on Ottawa at all with respect to the provinces but the provinces with respect to Ottawa. It should also be noted that the only distinct area really mentioned was the ROF. It strikes me as just a little strange that this poster has seldom posted anything I can remotely remember as supportive or optimistic. I think all angles should be covered....but that includes all angles.
