Dear Mr Sum4All you seem to see negativity but my sentiment is that NOT has a little way to go considering the progress that the West has achieved with natives ,the environmentalists and easing of bureaucracy in the mining rules and regulations .

The next post to yours by fahrenheit451 summarizes mostly my reading of it .
