" it isn't a coincident that ROF wasn't included in the infra-structure category because my guess is it is to be categorized as growth and investment"
If you go back to my post of Mar18, that is exactly the point I was trying to make. And I would bet the federals will treat it the same.
The ROF will be offered to the voters as an investment in Ontario and Canada. It will be shown to be a profitable venture, completely different than normal tax income and public expenditure pertaining to fiscal budgets.
Once thursday has passed, it is game on, but I would guess somewhere between 7- 14 days, and we will see the goods. My information says all that remains is a few crosses and dots, but who am I to say?
At any rate, I would be happy to see a bit of delay, as I am anxiously awaiting the audit on Orebite, as I possibly foolishly jumped in there possibly a little bit too heavily, and I would dearly love to return the dollaars to my NOT account if possible.
Best regards
K
