Hoov or Khareema, this might be a bit ambitious, but I wonder if either of you would be so kind as to give us a short "State of the Ring" address sometime early next week, that could include your thoughts (just maybe a paragraph each) about the positions of each of the significant Ring players, as well as a few general observations that are "post-Ontario budget, post-federal budget, post-April 1st Cliffs/KWG changes." ??

I feel that after a lethargic fall and winter, it is just about time to sit up and assess the Ring as a whole, and get a better idea of where the players stand relative to each other (with comments about the external economic environment as well).

I know that many readers here would appreciate such insights.
