There'll be no material news in the budget and they'll put the boots to NOT again tomorrow, though there is no reason to except..... to try to shake out more shares for when the real announcement comes. We wait to see.

There is so much hubub in T.O. about subways, strikes.....that I doubt if McG has his eyes too much on the ROF at the moment and I doubt if he wants to create dissent by favouring the North with lots money. But we'll see.
