Exactly.I couldn`t agree more.That`s all i`ve been saying all along to those that are getting a little impatient .Yes,Cliffs,and others, can have all their logistical work done,in place and ready to go,but that`s costs peanuts compared to the actual cost of the work that will take place.And it WON`T take place until the final "decision" takes place and the last native is placated.Those are just facts as proven in not just this article,but other recent articles from other various news sources siting concerns about placating the native.That`s all.It`s a part of doing a business there.A BIG part
