The Facts are that ALL mines go through discussions with neighours and EAs take time. Meanwhile the mine building planning goes ahead in anticipation of success. Exploration continues and people get ready to accept the results. FNs are always part of the process, so are governments of the provincial, Federal and municipal. Noront and Cliffs are NOT sitting back waiting for the green light, sitting on their hands and doing nothing untill a decision is made. They are designing construction and contacting suppliers and woking on labour problems. We as investors are paying for them to do the grunt work and go to meetings for us while we sit on OUR butts waiting. It will all work out and if it doesn't then we didn't do the proper DD. Traders hate this time and this is why they won't pay much for the stock. When they do want it they will have to pay a premium to the investors to get shares fro me or others because somebody has to own the shares the late comers will want to buy. I will start selling some of mine at $4 in a year or 2 or even 3. I can wait for it to happen as I have before on previous mines and will do again after this mine.
