Actually, He is pretty safe saying whatever he chooses, so long as it is via a public medium. If he had said what he did to a restricted audience, such as only to this forum, That would be a no-no.

I honestly prefer that information trickles out like this in bits and bites, with nothing really being said. It creates ambiguity, which creates volatility, which creates opportunity.

I am still in favor of an update this week. I would expect the camp will be shut down this weekend, if not already, and there is always some sort of statement made at that time.
