I would like to add to this discussion about railroad for the chromite. There are other ways to ship ore and bring in supplies and smaller equipment, the larger weighted stuff could come by ice road planning. Enclosed conveyor and a system that is suspended on rail or cable. Monorail so to speak. These are capable of transversing the rivers and other areas by suspension bridge or single above ground rail. Kind of like ski lifts. Think future instead of past.
