A lot of those on welfare/unemployed are there because they did not train for the right jobs or are untrainable to do them or are mentaly unable to work at any job where someone needs a body to produce instead of take. If you are able bodied there is no reason not to be working in Canada. Most just want the best job with no ability, then complain that no one will give them money for it.
