The comprehensive EA will get changed to joint review that FNs want, when those 2 have been dealt with . This year is iceroad is needed and will be helpful in producng the runway for the melt. The anouncement of iceroad contracts is usually late november. Contracts and equipment/manpower are being negotiated now.
