Some have posted that Wes said they wouldn't consider anything under $5. I don't imagine anyone at NOT would walk around saying we'll take 1.50. Think about that one. Others have posted the inconsistencies in what members of the BOD say and what actually takes place. Thus I would say we won't know until we know what these folks are about and then of course it will be academic. I still wonder why our BOD hasn't shown a sign of faith by buying NOT shares on the market particularly if this stock isn't going to be a simple flip. Do they subscribe to the notion that one should never use their own money in business....let others do that if you can? Or do they just figure that they can get all of the shares they need in PP's or options? It appeared that they thought they could get more gifts at the AGM before the last until they were voted down. Who can say? I'm totally open to any number of possiblilities including... If there is good news on something in the field, I'd suspect it was known for a very long time which is why Baosteel is here. I'm of the mind that that kind of news was saved for something on the infra level to be coordinated in releases around the same time. I suspect the pop in price is desired right now (note how little pressure there is on the ask lately when for the last thousand years they've been piling on) and designed to bring investor value.... the question is why. Is it time for the "special" investors to take profits while the greedy masses hold onto the top dollar....or the bag? Given that the mine is still a ways off, the shareholders are going to want some opportunities to make some money including Wes and company on the shares they didn't buy. Got to get paid at some point right?
Well folks, the above is just another stab in the dark....we wait to see.
