" If that in turn was so, then a first offer of under 2$ would be a waste of time, no wishing for luck at this price. So I say small possibility for a takeout but the first offer HAS To BE over 2$ to have any seriousness."

The question truly is who holds the balance of voting power? If the investors vote it so it will be so and as has been mentioned by K and others, there are those who have really cheap shares and to take $2 would be a real coupe for them. Simple fact is we have no idea what is going on and who controls what. Boasteel has to accept what the majority of voters determine unless they put in an offer.....but who's to say that Boasteel doesn't have an understanding with.....CLF?...about supply. We have no idea who will do what or what agreements have been made between parties who's existance we likewise may know nothing about. This is all about so much money that absolutely nothing should be ruled out. What people want to believe and what is the truth are often at odds.
