Just out of curiosity I went onto the Quebec land management sites, called GESTIM.

And I found that Noront has never updated it's address in the system. How long ago did they move? QUite a while ago.

This is prima facie evidence of a lack of competence in land matters. Even if they have optioned their properties to others, they MUST update their address in case something strange happens and the land ministry wants to send them a legal letter or ??

I wonder if they have lost any Ontario or Quebec claims through this negligence?

Were they valuable? Can anyone sue?
