Of course, just as many areas in S.O. are still being developed, but people are profiting as it goes...and as CLF and NOT have roughly 3 or so year timelines for their mines, there will will be profit long before your decades. The rest of the north will grow as it grows. As unfortunate as it would be, all it would take is some nonsense in the middle east to ramp up and shore up the essential commodities over here and it would happen in very short order. Watch for it....as K would say.
