Exactly, and it will be those outside Canada (Clf et al) that will move gov't to do what is necessary. I would agree with you if things were left to Canadian gov't, but they will not be. The outside will make it too enticing for the suits to just sit there. NOT was touting Cr across the land and no one paid attention as the sp continued it's plummet. In moves CLF and suddenly everyone is all agog over the same words spoken from the US. So you see Canada acts on one level internally but totally on another when outside influences begin to predominate. As K says.... are you watching? As Babjack says...... the premier has been courting the Chinese and now we have Chinese corporate offices in T.O. The gov't might have sat on the North forever.....but outside needs will not see that happen. Canada is a cheap date to outside interest.
