Tell that to the thousands of workers from around Hamilton and other places who would like to go back to producing steel, rail cars, shipping and all manner of industry which is fed by resources from the north. The people up there will be suppliers largely of labour with a growing potential for other full services but right now there is no hard core steel manufacturing/fabrication industry up there compared to S.O. What comes out of the north will be further processed as required for various interests.
