"What Recession" is meant by most americans guilty of it as 'We have stopped Receeding' and not that it is over.

That is not my opinion but I use Chuck Butler of St.Louis Everbank as my mentor and excuse.

While the US shows no improvement in their situation, Noront and even the BofD do have hope and possibly real soon if a certain Ontario minister would put out his implied promise.
