Goldfinger, you are entitled to that opinion but for the record, I disagree.

Management can be altered, dumped or bought out by more capable people. They are not necessarily a permanent fixture of the company.

The assets in the groung is what should be most important. You either have it or you don't. It can not be pulled out of a hat.

So invest based on the company hold. Management comes in at second at best.
