I suspect that the provincial government is in the final stages of a firm comment for infrastruture--with likely the federal government--etc.---negoitations with a lower electricity rate for cliffy's---until this is finalized---I don't think we will have an annoucement ---until july or august---just before(two months) before an october election--(political tactics)---so just be a little more patient---JMO---not happy yet
