I too am convinced that the infrastructure is not far off. I think most of us on this sight are of the same opinion. What makes me wonder is why so few are joining the parade and getting in now. I would think an infrastructure announcement would hit by surprise with perhaps a little leakage first? Actually, I think the leakage is happening right now and then boom its here. So what are all those others waiting for (invitations from the Premier, maybe)? The ROF is coming out time to join the party.
