"I would think that if someone had the time to copy all the daily tapes ( for a number of stocks where this is happening) and if a whole group of investors took these and all forwarded letters of protest to the Fed. Minister in charge and to each of our respective MP's ( and the media),then and possibly only then would we MAYBE see something done."

That would be like complaining to the Sheriff of Nottingham that his soldiers were doing bad things to the villagers.
