I would think that if someone had the time to copy all the daily tapes ( for a number of stocks where this is happening) and if a whole group of investors took these and all forwarded letters of protest to the Fed. Minister in charge and to each of our respective MP's ( and the media),then and possibly only then would we MAYBE see something done.
