Yes sir Edgy, I think you are correct. When you think about it, really most companies do focus on what they say they are focusing on and end up completing what they say they were working on. And later on we are surprised by the resolve management demonstrated in sticking to and succeeding in completing the plan. Management shrugs and says 'what did you think we were doing'.

And your right on about the process for a change in drilling vendor: normally you formally end the program and then you initiate a new one that includes Request For Quote from a broader vendor pool.
