Now that would be interesting! Let's see....what could that mean? How about, no more dilution...all of the players are aboard, the allowance of NOT to make money on this find quicker than anyone thought and to grow to a significant size before anyone truly knows what they've got...hence higher bids later.... or those on the sidelines waiting to scam for less will S&^% or get off the pot.....perhaps a big name partner soon to be announced?

Could this be part of the cusp, gov't announcement coming? Has SNC done work to make this thing do-able including alternate means of transportation....or is the road/rail issue part of the gov't announcement to be, which is why NOT could be set to extract?

Now imagine what PMs might come out of the mix. Imagine the increase to investor value with the mere mention of NOT going into production. Strikes me that a move like this might PO some thought-to-be waiting hands. Good.
