I am 100% certain that a mine will be built eventually. I was sure of that soon after hole 49 results were out. Too much wealth involved for it to be ignored. The question to be asked is - When? That is a hard one for me to answer. Best guess I can offer is in about 5 years. Next question - Will Noront operate it? I say the odds are less than 50% that Noront will get a chance to operate it at all and almost a certainty that if it does not long after Noront will be bought out.
