After 10 years when Noront is finished mining the Ni/pge and Cliffs is crying that no one will let them use their plan of blasting the crap out of the wilderness, the price of that much promoted chromite will be nothing. Noront may not even continue with the chromite but if they did it will be an underground operation. Noront probably won't buy it for 50 mil because they will have found another Eaglenest and will continue with the underground complex. Cliffs will get nowhere if they don't talk to northern canadians.
