When Joe Hamilton ready the results of the voting for the amended options plan he didn't seam to be surprised. Did he know before hand and have time to think about putting out a separate vote to approved the 2009 option agreement? My second question is with only 18,000,000 out of 175,000,000 shares vote, a little over 10% is that enough to carry the motion forward? How few shares do they need to put through a motion?
