You can pretty much guarantee that a find like Noront will attract the sharks in terms of BOD etc. and they come to the company with the promise of great profit. This BOD didn't build NOT as Nemis and friends did, they took it over and for essentially one reason....they saw the opportunity for profit. You will always get the double talk justifying what they take, the fox guarding the chicken coup. They say they are in line with similar companies but I never find this acceptable. So and so has it so we should too. Not exactly sound reasoning. Show me the results that earn these types of remuneration and then I'll say ok you've earned it....but not until. It's funny how people who are in the position to vote themselves raises invevitably do....politiicians and such. It's amazing to me that they feel their performance warrants it when really hard working people everywhere else can't make ends meet.

Having stated the above, I await the kind of reports that send the sp significantly higher from finds that demonstrate expertise, skill and a whole lot of elbow grease and I will be happy with their take. I'm not saying they haven't been at work but in the end the proof is in the pudding. C'mon.....let's see it......lot's of pudding please.
