Regarding the Compensation Survey: as shareholders, we paid for it. For transparency and oversight, the BoD should publish it. It's got to be based on public companies (otherwise the company is not a peer). All the information is public record. Disclosing the process would go a long way towards increasing shareholder trust of the BoD and to demonstrate the BoD's fair dealing with the company's treasury.
