This is a basic part of the problem with the SP. The root is BILL191 or the Northern Land use Act. Untill all parties from Government, investor, FNs and ecology groups can come together and hammer out an agreement, our SP will be 1/10 of what it should be. More ore will help, but without the risk of a long time agreement taking place, as with Voiseys Bay and every other northern mine we will see not much action on SP. This is how we make money though. RISK. The Act is getting worked out and even with all the posturing of the interested parties fluffing the news media, an agreement will get worked out soon. Then watch the SP move, so right now, even if it hurts, is the time to join a side. Is this project going to happen? or is it not? I have sat through many of these events and an agreement always takes place. Everybody wants this, but everybody wants it done their way. It will be done never the less.
