Please reread my posts about my conversation with WES regarding the Shareholder Rights Plan.

As you will see, last year, it was felt unnecessary to renew the Plan at the AGM. I questioned WES about this observing that Noront was a very vulnerable take over target. He convinced me that there was no ulterior motive here, and that such a plan could be drawn up almost instantly, if necessary.

If it makes everyone feel more secure, why doesn't someone planning to attend this year's AGM, bring up the subject and have a new Plan voted on then.

Sorento, if you still have lingering questions, I'm sure WES would respond to them.
