We have all been to that point of extreme pessimism. the market has to continue to climb a wall of worry.

Some past history regarding selling July 9th.

Lots of pessimism in the summer of 2007. No news releases.

July 9, 2007 NOT closed at 59 cents with a high of 63 cents volume 214,200

Good for the buyers of those shares. Not so good for the sellers

Sep 21, 2007 NOT closed at 4.37 with a high 4.99 and a volume of 15,681,000

Again good for the buyers of those shares.

Feb 29, 2008 NOT closed at 6.95 with a day high of 7.42 volume 3,317,500

Would have been a great time to to sell. I thought about selling. Then I also thought about what Richard Nemis

had said when the shares reached six dollars, he was asked if they could reach eight dollars, he said

" How about $28.00 " I didn't sell I was busy figuring how many millions I would have when NOT reached $28.00.

How about July 9th 2009. Just one year ago it seems longer with all that has gone on regarding Noront.

July 9, 2009 NOT was back at 62 cents, that's what it closed at, had a high of 65 cents volume 696,400

Lots of grumbling, no news releases. extreme pessimism. bad time to sell.

Aug 4, 2009 NOT closed at 2.70 with a day high of 3.01 volume 6,371,100 This would have been a good time to sell.

But of course I didn't. What is that rule about Buying Low and Selling High.

I have held most of my NOT shares these past years and have been a buyer of late. You know the buy low thing.

I hope I get the Sell High thing right this time.
