Well said newbers albeit a little harsh. Nevertheless, the core "long term" posters here generally don't take well to new people unless they are pumpers. This is a public forum where everyone is entitled to their opinions and it should remain that way. One thing to keep in mind is that when people are expressing their opinion, and it is slightly negative, that they are not bashers.
