This is an expensive are to operate labour wise, climate, energy and land condition, it is not a third world country where labour is cheap etc.
Should there be all necesary infrastructure then yes one could operate quite comfortably at 40 and perhaps 30$ a ton. This is not the case.
They will likely have copper veins in the several percent range but for it to be a viable mine it has to be demonstrated and a pertnership needs to develop for the infrastructures. Too early for any definitive opinion I guess. I still say this news is for keeping an eye on but not for any hand stands.
