The easiest question to answer would be how many "failure to delivers" do we have for NOT.

Do the shares that the funds sell to knock the price down even exist?

Naked shorting is how it's done.

No need to prove intent. Failure to deliver is failure to deliver....period.

Just check how many failure to delivers we have...... You don't need a fancy trade monitoring system to see that.
