The public will never know if the OSC has made serious investigation into the manipulation of NOT's shares, or any other stock, because they do not report their conclusion to the public. They can say that they observe all transactions, but that may be the end of it. They just observe, but do nothing.

Let your OSC watch a little more closely. We will be watching.

If the manipulation continues. That is your answer.
