Well, the TSX cannot allow too much information to reach regular computer-savvy investors who happen to own iPhones... not a "level playing field" if you catch my drift :-)
W.r.t. getting the big drills set up and operating, I think that you probably recall the blockade that prevented getting the drills on-site prior to the ice breakup (which would have precluded disassembling them further to ship them)? The blockade lifted at about the same time that the ice became too thin to safely land a plane large enough to carry the larger drills without further disassembly.
So the big drills had to be disassembled into more transportable pieces, transported in numerous runs, and re-assembled in a breathtakingly cold environment. Fun fun fun. My take is that one drill is there and assembled and crewed (and hopefully merrily drilling!), with the other soon to follow.
